Degreasing / deoxidisation

It consists in removing oils trails, greasy spots, etc.. due to working.

Degreasing is to be fulfilled before any other chemical treatment, because the presence of this kind of contamination may inhibit the pickling effect and cause spots on the treated surface.
For a simple degreasing we suggest WE VMDA 08.

An organic base alternative is represented by WE VMDA NOF, formulated with low environmental impact.

If the component also shows ferrous contaminants, it’s necessary to remove them completely with a specific DEOXIDIZER such as WE VMDA POWER – WE VMDA NOF POWER – INOX CARE KIT (degreasing/deoxidizing wipes kit WE DX POWER) .
