Passivation

After decontamination from possible contaminating elements, stainless steel remains without any protection, and therefore exposed to aggressive external attacks.
Passivation enables to restore the chrome oxide surface layer which had been depleted or contaminated.
This treatment is essential to guarantee the stainlessness of stainless steel. A good passivation takes about from 2 to 8 hours and has to act on the whole surface.

A passivating product is also required for a regular maintenance of the stainless steel manufacture surface.

The products we suggest are: WE PASS 30 L – WE PASS 40 L - WE PASS 300 GEL – WE PASS 300 GEL SPRAY –

It’s possible to carry out this treatment by spray, immersion or brush.
Instructions for use are described in our operating sheets and appropriately explained in detail by our technical service.
